Munro seek Emphatic win against Manning's

Frome, Westmoreland- Munro College will look to get off to a blazing start when they tackle Manning's in the final inter zone round game today at the Frome Sports Club at 3pm.

Munro are in with a slim chance to make it to the quarterfinals after sending last year's Dacosta Cup finalist Manchester High packing via a Kaneil Harrison strike. Munro have a minus three (-3) goal average, and will have to rekindle the magic that got them to the Ben Francis Final a year ago if they are to have any chance of qualification.

Striker Amin "Chiller" Miller will return up front after missing the game against Manchester High, but regular Goalkeeper Lloyd Tyme will be again absent for the second game in a row because of a fractured knee cap. He will be replaced by national U17 Goalkeeper Ahkeem Forbes who did well to shut-out Manchester. Neon Brown, Akeen Royal and Rasheem Eccleston who are recovering from injures will work along with Leighton Thorpe, and Monnair Moodie to sew up the Munro defensive third, after their gutsy performance against Manchester.
