Chris Wint scores a header against FromeFormer Dacosta Cup Champions Munro College, had their biggest win of the season when they defeated former champions Frome Technical 3-1 at The Petersfield Community Centre in Westmoreland.
The Frome defense were tormented all afternoon by the Munro strike force of Chris Wint, Jermaine Samms, Kemar Howard and Craig Foster.Munro produced many chances before scoring, but were let down by poor finishing.
This would change midway the first half when striker Chris Wint headed calmly into the Frome net.
Kemar Howard made it two in a row when he blazed down the right and fired into the goal. Munro surged further ahead when Howard got behind the Frome defense to take his tally to 2.
Frome's only consolation came when they scored what appeared to be an offside goal.
Munro will next play St. James High on teusday, August 19,2008.
