With scoring chances abounding, Munro gave the small gathering something to cheer about, when regular substitute striker Krishem Black collected a pass on the left, ran towards goal slotting the ball calmly past the Negril FC goalie.
In other games Mount Grace FC garnered the upset of the round with a 2-0 win over Frome FC, erasing Frome's unbeaten run. Reno FC maintained their semi-finals position with a 0-0 draw against Dunbars River FC. Advancing to the semi-finals are Munro College, Reno FC, Frome FC, and Dunbars River FC.
Munro will face-off against Dunbars River in one Semi-Final, while Reno FC lock horns with upstarts Frome FC in the other semi-final on Saturday, May 9,2009 at Llandilo.
