Goal Scorer Ryan "Blacka Shine" DwyerLlandilo, Westmoreland- Munro College joined Petersfield FC untop Zone B of the WFA U17 competition with a 2-1 win over second place Dunbars River FC.
Ryan Duwyer and Ackeen Royal got the goals for the winners.
Munro took the lead early when Dwyer scored from an attempted cross down the left. Munro added a second minutes later, when Ackeen Royal ran through the heart of the Dunbars River defence and tapped home.
Munro could have had a third goal when Amin Miller's shot from inside the area got out of the grasp of the goalie, but was not powerful enough to go over the goal line.
Dunbars River pulled one back in the second half when the match officials failed to make an offside call on two Dunbars River attackers.
Munro will next play third place Roaring River FC on April 8,2009 at 3pm at Llandilo.
